We work across the spectrum — from smaller intelligence community components to large-scale DoD programs. What matters is fit, not size.
Can you work in classified environments?
Yes. Our team includes cleared personnel with experience in classified and air-gapped environments. We will discuss specifics once we have established the appropriate channel.
Do you support existing ServiceNow implementations?
Both new and existing. We regularly step into implementations to optimize, troubleshoot, or expand capabilities — as well as leading full deployments from the ground up.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most engagements begin with a scoping conversation, followed by a written proposal with a clear scope, timeline, and deliverables. We do not do open-ended retainers without defined outcomes.
